Exchanges
Since all pieces are handmade to order specifically for the purchaser, all orders are considered final sale and ineligible for return.
Sterling silver rings may be exchanged one time for a different size if requested within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that if your ring was ordered in a custom size or you are requesting an exchange for a custom size, it may not be eligible and/or additional costs may apply. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including all shipping fees. Because our jewelry is handmade, there will be a standard made-to-order waiting period while we craft your new ring. To initiate a ring size exchange, please use this form.
Please note that Lady Luck Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will gladly work towards a solution.
Production and Shipping
I prioritize small-batch, made to order production to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Made to order pieces are typically made within 15-20 business days from when you placed your order. Items from my In-Studio Favorites are made just for you with items stocked in-studio, and are typically made within 1-2 business days. Shipping is separate from production. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled. While we strive to meet the estimated production times, high-volume periods may cause delays. If there are any expected delays, we will contact you. If your order includes made to order items, everything ships together unless otherwise requested. Please note that Lady Luck Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
All items come beautifully packaged. If you would like to request minimal, low-waste packaging, please request that here and be sure to include your order number.

Treat your jewelry like the valuable treasure it is. Over time, even the finest materials reveal the care they receive. Fortunately, with jewelry made of solid precious metals, there are no hidden layers. Beneath the surface is only more solid gold and silver. Surface wear can easily be restored to its original brilliance, allowing the pieces to endure lifetimes.
Custom Pieces
I do not currently have my studio open for bespoke or custom pieces.
